We offer a 2-year limited warranty on the EOXCELL Electro-Oxidation Test Kit, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures that the equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal laboratory use.

What’s Not Covered:

• Consumable components, including BDD, Titanium, or other electrode plates

• Damage due to improper handling, unauthorized modification, or operation outside recommended conditions

• Damage caused by chemical corrosion, scaling, freezing, or unfiltered wastewater

• Normal wear and tear on tubing, valves, or seals

Warranty Support: If a problem occurs during the warranty period, please contact us with your order number, product serial (if available), a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. We will provide technical support, parts replacement, or repair instructions as appropriate.

Shipping Policy: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returning defective items. Replacement parts under warranty will be shipped free of charge.
