DESALT ED/EDBM CUSTOMIZED STACK

Our Customized Electrodialysis/Bipolar Electrodialysis (ED/EDBM) Module is designed for flexible research, pilot, and industrial use. Each module consists of alternating anion exchange membranes (AEM), cation exchange membranes (CEM), and bipolar membranes (BPM), stacked to form repeating units.

Key Features:

• Modular design with customizable membrane area and stack size

• Titanium electrode plates with ruthenium–iridium oxide catalytic coating (other coatings available upon request)

• Compatible with NaCl and Na₂SO₄ electrode solutions

• Safe operating conditions: <2.0 bar pressure, ≤500 A/m² current density, 1.2 V per unit cell

• Applications include acid/alkali production, wastewater valorization, and specialty chemical recovery

Typical Configurations:

• Lab and pilot modules: 10–20 pairs

• Industrial modules: scalable up to several hundred pairs

• Custom options available depending on feed solution and target product

Warranty Policy

• Standard Warranty: 12 months from delivery date.

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects in membranes, electrodes, and module housing.

• Exclusions: Normal wear, fouling, scaling, or damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or exceeding operating limits.

• Support: Remote technical support, troubleshooting, and spare parts available on request

• Worldwide Delivery: Units are shipped by UPS/DHL/FEDEX.

• Packaging: Secured in export-grade wooden crates with protective fluid inside the membrane stack.

• Lead Time:

  • Lab & pilot modules: 4–6 weeks

  • Customized industrial stacks: 8–10 weeks (depending on specification)

• Logistics: UPS/DHL for small modules, sea freight or air cargo for larger stacks.

• Documentation Provided: Packing list, commercial invoice, technical manual, and test report.
