Our Customized Electrodialysis/Bipolar Electrodialysis (ED/EDBM) Module is designed for flexible research, pilot, and industrial use. Each module consists of alternating anion exchange membranes (AEM), cation exchange membranes (CEM), and bipolar membranes (BPM), stacked to form repeating units.

Modular design with customizable membrane area and stack size
Titanium electrode plates with ruthenium–iridium oxide catalytic coating (other coatings available upon request)
Compatible with NaCl and Na₂SO₄ electrode solutions
Safe operating conditions: <2.0 bar pressure, ≤500 A/m² current density, 1.2 V per unit cell
Applications include acid/alkali production, wastewater valorization, and specialty chemical recovery
Typical Configurations:
Lab and pilot modules: 10–20 pairs
Industrial modules: scalable up to several hundred pairs
